FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Simple and clear answers to a few common questions.

There are many factors that can influence the cost of a bathroom renovation. Here’s a breakdown of how each variable might impact the overall cost:

Size of the Bathroom:
Naturally, larger bathrooms will typically cost more to renovate due to the increased materials and labour required.

Scope of the Renovation:
The amount of tiling, fixtures, and other elements being replaced or upgraded will directly affect the cost. For instance, completely gutting the bathroom and starting from scratch will be more expensive than making minor cosmetic changes.

Layout Changes:
If the renovation involves significant changes to the layout, such as moving plumbing fixtures or walls, this will increase the cost due to the additional labour and materials required.

Selection Budget:
The quality and type of materials chosen for the renovation will also impact the cost. Entry-level materials will be cheaper, while high-end materials will drive up the cost.
