Housing Adaptation Grant and Mobility Aids Grant Scheme

If you need financial assistance to modify your bathroom, you can apply for a grant from your local authority. You can find more information about grants and support programs there. You should be able to find what you are looking for under the ‘Mobility Aids Grant Scheme’ or ‘Housing adaptation grant for people with a disability’ The mobility aid grant scheme is available to cover a basic suite of works to address mobility problems, primarily, but not exclusively, associated with ageing. The Housing Adaptation grant is available to assist in the carrying out of works that are reasonably necessary for making a house more suitable for a person with a disability.

Bathfit will provide a one stop shop service for bathroom upgrades. You will have one point of contact for the renovation and won’t need to source anything additional yourself. If required we can assist with procuring of ware and tiles etc.
